In an effort to provide website operators with as much information as possible about their web visitors, Ref:Code Analytics now provides information about a web visitor’soperating system, browser, browser version number, frames in browser, system and user language, screen colors, CPU class, and CSS version information.
Collected in real-time, this additional information gives website operators a better understanding of what the visitor’s interaction with a website is like. This also may help solve technical issues a visitor may have experienced on the website. Web developers and technical support agents know well enough that one of the biggest challenges is identifying which browser and operating system a web visitor is using in order to determine what a visitor may be encountering.
